Numerous statues can be found throughout the Cathedral in various shrines.  Among these are: Mary

Head of the Suffering Christ.  

Pictured here is the poignant wooden sculpture of the Pieta, the Blessed Mother holding her dead Son beneath the empty wooden Cross.
