Mission

The Parish Adult Faith Formation Team consists of 12 to 14 parishioners who work with the parish staff to assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate the processes and programs directed toward the continuing faith formation of adults in the parish.

Goals

• Personally pray and seek out opportunities for faith formation.

• Through catechesis and publicity, develop acceptance of adult faith formation as a parish priority.

• Develop a method for and assess the adult faith formation need in the parish.

• In light of assessment, design, implement and evaluate a process for adult faith formation in the parish.

• Discern, select and recruit facilitators, instructors, catechists, advisors and others who will be needed to assist the team in carrying out its responsibilities.
