Cardinal Spellman speaks to the congregation following the installation of Bishop Kellenberg.  During his address he described Bishop Kellenberg as a "good shepherd and a shining example of sanctity, sacrifice and service." The Cardinal also paid homage to Bishop Molloy of Brooklyn who had died in 1956 and to the 92-year-old pastor of St. Agnes, Msgr. Peter Quealy.
